Filters

Starline offers a range of modern filters and filter installations for optimal water purification. The top quality filters made of reinforced polyester can be supplied from ?? 400 to 2500 mm. These filters comply with all strict standards like: DIN 19643, KOK WHVZ and Vlarem. Filters from ?? 650 mm are supplied with strainers. Furthermore Starline offers complete filter installations, in which the electronic control, pump, hair-catcher, filter and 6-way valve are completely attuned to each other. If desired these units can be combined with an Ozonator and/or Ionisator for an optimal and guaranteed perfect quality of the water.

Material

Starline filters are constructed of several layers of fiberglass reinforced polyester (GRP). The raw materials are specially selected. The filters are produced using the latest production methods. The outside of each filter has a special gelcoating and inside we finnisch with vinylestershell. Starline filters fully meet the requirements of the EU quality standards, and are also in according with DIN 19643 and KOK. Therefore our filters is recommend in several country???s to use for waterpurification systems in swimmingpools, fish farming and industry.

Construcion

The starline deepbed filters have an oval opening at the side of the top for charging with the media. In according with DIN standards we produce filters with nozzle bottem system for adequote eveness of water through the filter.Also for backwashing there will I real steady flow, so that the backwash time will be minimum to clean the complete filtersand package. We also produce filters with underdrain system. Every filter is fitted with a side access hatchway and one sightglass. Our filterrange is from 400 till 2500 mm diameter.
